A Strategy for Every Stage in Life
The financial part of life can be confusing and challenging to deal with. Everyone has an opinion, few have sound advice. Working as a “Personal CFO”, I provide you with a comprehensive financial plan with tailored strategies and information to help you make sound financial decisions.
Why We Care
Money is more about a person’s emotions than it is about the math. If money were simply a mathematical problem, making more money would solve financial problems.
I learned years ago that helping people accomplish their goals is a reward I truly enjoy. A big part of life are the financial interactions we have with one another. Helping people become more self-reliant in their lives relieves worry and provides more time to be together, which creates successful families. Everyone is part of a family.
Let’s start talking about your goals and review your current financial strategies. From there, you can decide how we are a good fit.

Carrie Mikell, ChFC
From the time Carrie started saving for her first horse at six years old, it was clear that she had an intuitive understanding that achieving one’s goals and dreams required planning and intentionality with finances. Since then, Carrie has leveraged that understanding and continues to live a life full of service, accomplishment, and adventure. Her financial planning and discipline have allowed her to travel to – or live in – over thirty countries, including teaching English to school children in China, teaching entrepreneurship skills to women in Uganda, and living in Brazil for 18 months as a missionary.
By the time Carrie entered university, she realized she wanted to help others achieve the life and dreams of their own, whatever those dreams might be. Thus, the vision and determination to become a financial advisor was born.
In 2011, Carrie earned her Bachelor's in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University and quickly went to work as a financial advisor for a small, private firm in Southern Utah. While there, she worked exclusively with high net worth retirees, implementing multi-million dollar tax-saving and estate preservation strategies. While working at the firm Carrie completed the arduous coursework and practical hours to earn her Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC ®) designation.
Bringing that same vision and determination, Carrie now joins our firm with the specific purpose of 1) helping families and small business owners gain deeper clarity on their vision for their future, and 2) providing them with the appropriate financial tools and custom strategies needed to reach those goals.
Carrie currently resides in Lehi, Utah with her amazing husband and three adorable children. When she's not busy helping her clients, or chasing her kiddos around, Carrie and her family can be found traveling the world in pursuit of the best food, the best scenery, and the best adventures.
